Far be it from be to complain about a day that is 68* and brightly overcast. This does not bode well for the planet. No, indeed. Yet here I am in an A-Line, mod-ish tunic, overlooking the bay in Sag Harbor on Christmas Day, and it feels great. Look, Ma! No sleeves!
The parking lot near the wharf is empty. That makes sense as it is Christmas, after all. Still what a perfect place to be. Only one other couple is there, but Hubby (taking these shots) and I are enjoying the sand that is off to the left, and the expanse of the bay in the background.
I am glad to have these red gloves though and pretty darned happy that they are Hermes, a vintage find bought just across the way at Around Again in Sag Harbor.
My family and I had a great Christmas holiday here. The weather was lovely, although the trip in was a torrential mess. So warm that it is here, there are roses in bloom.
